The scheduled FLO options would be a lot more useful/flexible with a little change. For reference the current dropdowns are:
The source of this feedback is that I currently have a FLO running hourly, which is a little too frequent. If I increase it, I can’t go to 2 or 4 hours…I have to go to once a day which is not frequent enough. My only other option is to create another level with multiple parent FLOs running on different schedules (e.g. every 2 hours) calling the same sub-FLO, but this is a waste of FLO licenses. Another scenario is we have considered running some processes on the last working day of the month, however it is not possible to schedule this.
I’ve grouped my feedback per dropdown:
Run FLO every: Add choices for “two hours”, “4 hours”. Possibly “12 hours” but this is not too important.
Run FLO at: Instead of just specifying all hours or a single hour, add the ability to specify “between” so that you could get the FLO to run (e.g.) between 2pm to 8pm. Either that, or make it a checkbox so you can select multiple hours that you want it to run.
Run FLO on: Add options for “last day of the month”, “last weekday of the month” (because it’s not always the same day number). Perhaps also add an option for “weekdays” and “weekends”. And/or same as above, perhaps make it a check-box list so you can select multiple days (including non-consecutive days).
I think the month drop-down is probably OK as-is, but again, you could possibly make this a list of check-boxes to allow multiples to be selected.
