It might be easiest if you could show a sample of the JSON data, but I think I can understand what you are dealing with. I would probably approach this as follows:
- Create a child FLO (lowest level) which will process each order item and write it into Google Sheets, including the order number which will be passed through from the mid level FLO.
- Create a child FLO (mid level) which will process each order. It will call the lowest level child FLO for each order item using a ‘List For Each - Ignore Errors’ card.
- Create a master (top level) FLO which will call the mid level FLO for each order using a ‘List For Each - Ignore Errors’ card.
I’ve done this sort of thing before. You just need to be careful about rate limiting and sequencing issues with google sheets. Even though it will be slow, I recommend creating the List For Each Async cards with a concurrency of 1, and make sure you set the error handling to retry several times in case of errors which do occur more often than you’d expect.
Of course, perhaps someone else will have a better idea…perhaps using Tables functionality?
