We’re happy to announce that our customers now have the ability to login to our Zendesk portal whenever they would like to see their list of tickets. You’ll be able to read through tickets, see their status, reply to our messages, and submit new tickets all from within the portal without needing to scroll through a bunch of emails to find all of it.
Follow the directions below to get started.
Step 1 - Head to http://azuquasupport.zendesk.com to be brought to the page below. Once there, assuming you’ve submitted a ticket with us before, just click the button to get a password.
Step 2 - You’ll be brought to this page now. Just put in your email and you’ll receive a link to set your new password.
Step 3 - Once you’ve gotten your password go back to http://azuquasupport.zendesk.com and login. To find your currently open tickets, go to the top right where your name is and open the dropdown menu. Then, click the “My Activities” button in the dropdown. This will bring you to the screen with all of your current tickets.
This should be a great improvement for users in trying to manage their open tickets and lead to a lot less searching through inboxes.
