Hi David -
If your post is not too cheeky, hopefully it’s OK to respond as one of the vendors you reference. I am responsible for Solution Architecture at Workato and have been working with several customers who are transitioning from Azuqua to Workato. As we all know, they weren’t looking to do a replacement, but it is going very quickly and well. I just asked one a couple days ago about the experience transitioning and they found the learning curve from Azuqua to Workato to be smooth and listed several advantages of the shift (no functionality that they had was missing in the transition, learning curve is easy, import/export of recipes, Workato community recipes, management of recipes very organized, endpoint throttling / IP whitelisting, sub-folder approach, and “more”).
The Azuqua team has recommended Workato to many current customers who need to transition, and I know they very much want Azuqua customers to successfully find a soft landing.
Regarding the future, Workato has thousands of customers and our executive team remains committed to a very long future for our users. As a proof point, our co-founder and CEO co-founded TIBCO >20 years ago and customers are still using that product today.
We are planning a webinar to introduce Workato to any Azuqua customers who are interested in learning about Workato and/or would be happy to set up a custom discussion / demo. People can reach out to me at my contact info below to get info on the webinar or connect with an account manager. Anyone can also request a demo or join a Workato free trial at www.workato.com.
